My name is Tammy Fridley. I have had a passion for optimal health and healthy aging my entire life. I created Trilogy Light to share my passion and the benefits of a healthy lifestyle with others. I hope this information will support and enhance your wellness journey.
I have been a registered nurse since 1990. I also have a Master of Public Health degree specializing in chronic epidemiology which is the study of chronic diseases such as diabetes and heart disease. I have extensive experience as a Wellness Coach.
